About
Hello, I'm Lana.
Interior designer, furniture consultant and the person behind Arrived. I make homes feel calm, warm and finished, so you can walk in and simply start living.
I have always been a residential designer at heart. At eight or nine, I was forever rearranging my bedroom, pushing the big dresser, the bunk beds and the wardrobe around, and loving the satisfaction of transforming the space and how a new layout could make the room feel bigger, calmer and more styled. I told my mum I wanted to be a designer when I grew up. I guess I finally have.
I was also glued to renovation and transformation shows, The Block in Australia above all, watching an empty, tired space become a home someone loves. That is still the part of this work that lights me up.
So I trained properly. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design, which gave me the foundations I use on every project: space planning, colour and material selection, lighting, scale and proportion, and how to pull it all together into a scheme that works as well as it looks.

Twelve years in Dubai
Corporate furniture, at scale.
Before Arrived, I spent more than twelve years in the Dubai corporate furniture industry, working on some of the city's most prestigious projects. Some were worth millions of dollars. They included Chanel and a number of government projects, always alongside talented interior designers who pushed me to see every detail.
I was the top sales consultant, and I put that down to two things: a genuine love of the job, and a consultative approach. I listen first. I work out what a client really needs, how the space will be used and what the budget allows, and only then recommend the right furniture solution for that project. Good consulting is mostly good listening.
It also taught me the practical side that makes the difference between a beautiful plan and a smooth install: sourcing, lead times, supplier relationships, budgets, deadlines and delivering on a promise.
Why Arrived
Where the two meet.
Arrived brings together everything I have learned: a designer's eye, a consultant's ear and a commercial furniture professional's discipline, applied to the homes I love most. Holiday homes and apartments for new arrivals deserve the same care and rigour as a flagship project, with a warmer, more personal finish.
You will deal with me directly. I will listen, recommend one of our three modern organic schemes, keep the budget transparent, and see the project through until the home is ready to welcome you or your guests.
