Design & approval
You receive the concept board, furniture schedule and timeline. One round of refinements, then we proceed.
Procurement & works
Every item ordered and tracked. Chosen enhancements — feature walls, paint, flooring, lighting — are scheduled separately with our licensed fit-out partner and typically add one to two weeks.
Installation & styling
Delivery, assembly, styling to The Arrived Standard, deep clean and photography.

How much does it cost to furnish an apartment in Dubai with Arrived?
Our all-inclusive packages start at AED 35,000 to 50,000 for studios and one-bedrooms (Essential), AED 60,000 to 95,000 for one and two-bedrooms (Signature) and AED 110,000 to 180,000 for large apartments and villas (Premium). The exact price is confirmed at your walkthrough.
How long does it take to furnish a Dubai apartment?
Our fastest programme takes as little as 14 days from walkthrough to handover. Your exact completion date is confirmed at the walkthrough. Enhancements such as feature walls, paint, flooring or lighting are scheduled separately and typically add one to two weeks.
What is included in an Arrived furnishing package?
Every package includes a design concept and furniture schedule, procurement managed end to end, furniture, curtains, lighting and soft furnishings, a full kitchen and linen inventory, art and accessories, safety equipment, assembly, installation, deep clean and professional photography.
